About Sajilo Estimate (Beta)

Sajilo Estimate (Beta) is a smart platform designed to simplify access to district-wise construction rates in Nepal for engineers, contractors, and estimators.

Currently, the platform provides selected manpower rates, local construction materials, and equipment rates across districts. Users can search using multiple synonyms such as baluwa, sand, or बालुवा to quickly find all related items within a selected district.

We are continuously working to expand the platform to include all items across all districts of Nepal, making district rate access faster, more reliable, and easier to use.

Our vision is to build a complete ecosystem where users can access government-approved rate analysis, perform project estimation, and prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities)—all within one simple platform.
